The eye is deceiving sometimes. My wife and I looked for the best preschools in Delhi for our kids few years ago. We took into account the actions that practically everyone took. We started by looking at best play school in Delhi’s rankings, which listed schools according to a number of criteria. We had already ruled out the "traditional" nursery schools because we were reasonably certain we wanted one of the well-known "progressive" preschools. Our discovery that practically everyone was advocating the same 3/4 "progressive" colleges came as a result of asking people we knew for recommendations on progressive schools.
