Search for the location where QuickBooks is 
installed.

Right-click on the file or folder.
Select to Rename the drop-down menu.
Rename the desired file.
NOTE: Remember that the file extension 
remains as .qbw.
In the next step, right-click on the file to 
rename it to its original name.
