Mendoza Brandy
This dark amber Cardenal Mendoza Brandy
 has fruit notes from being aged in 
Spanish sherry barrels.Smooth and 
balanced on the nose it remains 
elegant and rich on the palate. Best 
enjoyed with sweet desserts, chocolate 
or in a classic cocktail.
Fat Baron Shiraz
A classic peppery Shiraz that has a deep 
red garnet with flavours of plum, oak 
and blackberries. Big and bold this wine 
is certainly for the Australian palate. If

Carlos I Gran 
Reserva Brandy
The golden caramel coloured Carlos I is soft 
and round on the palate. The brandy is a mix 
of three varieties, aged in white oak barrels 
seasoned with jerez (sherry). The result is a 
brandy of exceptional quality.
Cruzcampo Spanish 
Lager Beer
Cruzcampo Lager is a classic summery 
European pilsener. All we can say is bring 
on the Sunday session.
