Ken Johnson is an active member of The Leadership 
Group which avidly supports Chicago charitable 
organizations such as Almost Home Kids. Mr. Johnson 
enjoys hockey and golfing and prides himself on excelling 
at new pursuits—both personal and professional. He 
received his Master of Management, Finance and 
Marketing from Northwestern University, Kellogg 
Graduate School of Management.

previously the Vice President at 
Baxter International and Senior Vice 
President of CSX Corporation.

Kenneth Johnson was the Director and Lead Negotiator for 
IBM in White Plains, New York. A graduate of Northwestern 
University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, he 
provides innovative solutions to common business concerns 
by applying nontraditional thought processes. He was also a 
Managing Director and Partner for Element78 Partners, LLC 
which provides Advisory Services to other businesses.
A Cyclist 
Kenneth Johnson is a member of the Center 
for Corporate Growth, a networking group 
for Private Equity firms and large global 
corporations. He is a cyclist and avid golfer 
who supports community organizations that 
advocate for the needs of displaced and
