modern production technologies to bring 100% Italian 
extra virgin olive oils of certified quality and rich in 
natural antioxidants to the tables all over the world.
 
We work exclusively with local olives and guarantee the 
milling within 12 hours of being transferred to the mill.

The hills of Colletorto are home to over 60,000 centuries-old 
olive trees of the native variety Oliva Nera di Colletorto, also 
known as Gentile Nera.
 
Known as the Culinary Diamond of Molise , the Gentile Nera is 
a more unique than rare variety.

Landscapes, Uncontaminated Lands, and Food and 
Wine Treasures
You will surely remember the story of "Molise does not exist". You will also remember 
that in October 2019 the well-known British public television  BBC dedicated a report to 
the little-known region of central-southern Italy to tell the world about the "Molise 
conspiracy". Meanwhile, the New York Times has included Molise in  37th place among 
the 
52 must-see destinations for 2020, praising the beauty of its sheep tracks, the history of i
ts Roman and 
Sepino settlements, but also  of Termoli and its Swabian
 Castle , the ways of transhumance and traditions such as the Ndocciata and the Carrese
 .
 
But is it all here, or are there other weapons that Molise can draw?
 
One aspect that perhaps both our English and overseas friends have forgotten to 
mention is the world of Molise food and wine, perhaps the spearhead of this small 
region. Molise cuisine is a cuisine of land and sea, dominated by food and wine 
treasures such as mozzarella, cheeses, salami, truffles, mushrooms and fish. But is it all 
here? Licinius, Horace and Pliny would probably not agree, having themselves cited 
Molise extra virgin olive oil in their writings, even mentioning it as an oil of excellent 
quality.
