HP printer not printing from iPad because it does not allow AirPrint, 
then download the HP Smart app on your iPhone and follow the below 
steps to start printing.
1. Open your printer's app and turn on your printer's WIFI.
2. Now, move to the iPad's "Settings" and locate your printer under 
"other networks."
3. Now, select the document, image, or webpage you want to print, then 
hit the "Share" icon.
4. Now, you should be able to connect the printer through the app and 
print.
