Netgear EX5000 Extender Setup full guide:
There are two method for the Netgear EX5000 
Extender Setup:
● Manual Setup
● WPS method
WPS Push button
● your Netgear EX5000 extender, then turn it on.
● Your AC1200 extender should be close to the router during first setup.
● The power LED on your EX5000 will now turn green.
● When the light becomes green, press W.P.S. on the extension.
● The W.P.S button on your current Wi-Fi must then be pressed.
● You will notice the client link LED turning solid green in two minutes.
● You must once more press the buttons on your extension and router if 
your router supports the 5Ghz band.
● 8. You can relocate the AC1200 to a spot with a weak Wi-Fi signal.

Follow the steps given below for the Netgear EX5000 Manual Process

● Connect your Netgear EX5000 to an electrical outlet before setting 
up.
● Now, watch for the AC1200 WiFi booster's power light to turn 
completely green.
● Connect your device to the "Netgear Ext" default network by 
locating a laptop or tablet.
● Open a web browser and type mywifiext.net into the address bar 
after your device is connected.
● Right now, you are on the Netgear EX5000 AC1200 configuration 
page.
● The new extender setup button should be clicked. and set up an 
account for login.
