 Jagaha.com’s objective is to improve the Indian property market

 More specifically, Jagaha is Mumbai’s first dedicated commercial real 
estate website whose mission is to improve the Mumbai commercial 
real estate market experience from start to finish by providing 
transparency and improving efficiency via customer service and 
About technology.
 We know that now and in the future, time is money. In order to be a 
Jagaha leader in the Indian property space, Jagaha must maximize the use of 
technology to make the process of searching for verified Indian 
properties as seamless and efficient a process as conceivable. We also 
know that having access to real estate experts in the Indian property 
space is also imperative to making the right decision for your next 
Indian property to rent or buy. With that said, the Jagaha team must 
provide all the necessary support and guidance from start to finish 
during the Indian property search and beyond!
Jagaha’s mission is to connect property seekers to 
properties as successfully & efficiently as possible. 
In order to do so, we have to be involved & in 
control of the entire process from online search to 
closure. 
We know our client’s #1 goal is to find the 
right property at the best possible rate.
We know that now & in the future search & 
shortlisting properties will occur online.

closures will occur offline.
 For us to be successful in our mission we 
must have the maximum inventory in the 
market direct with us and if not, be able to 
access that inventory easily to fulfill our 
client’s goals. 
 We must display this inventory online in such 
a way to provide the best user experience 
combined with the best offline experience 
possible.
