prevent miscarriage.
Sit cross-legged on
a yoga mat.
Let your arms relax and place your
hands palms down on your knees.
Keep your back straight.
Gaze straight in front of you.
Inhale deeply and exhale after three
seconds. Repeat.
Hold the pose for one minute.
SUKHASANA
Stand straight with your legs 3-4 feet apart.
Turn the right foot 90 degrees outwards and
the left foot slightly inward.
Inhale and raise your arms sideways so that
they are parallel to the ground.
Exhale while bending the right knee and
turning your gaze towards the right.
Maintain this position for 1 minute.
Switch and repeat on the other side.
