running successfully.
 It used for wastewater management from a cluster of small tanneries. Since 
effluent treatment plants need construction, capital, land, power, and specialized 
human resources. And small tanneries cannot afford to have their effluent treatment 
facilities and, therefore, combined effluent from the tanneries brought to a central place 
for treatment. 
 The facility is also called a common effluent treatment plant(CEPT). The expense of 
the therapy shared among the participating tanneries. It is a great initiative to cut on the 
cost and make sure one is not harming the environment.

layer in this type of situation. It can also be flexible, so they resist movement and impact.
