 RISING means to advance, grow or ascend.
 VINYASA is the sacred dance of breath and movement.
 YOGA is integration.
    Lakshmi Rising Vinyasa Yoga is an awareness-based 
practice that includes fluid, dynamic asana, kriya, 
pranayama, mantra, meditation, dance, wellness, self-
care and ritual for health and awakening.
OUR COSTA RICA LOCATION
       We believe that the energy and 
intention of a place has a strong effect 
on one’s experience, for better or for 
worse. For this reason, we choose 
sacred and magical locations to host 
our offerings. Each of these 
sanctuaries, in their own right, will 
become a character in the story of your 
journey, so choose your own adventure 
wisely.
Costa Rica, Italy, and France are 
different in many ways, yet the 
locations we have chosen have been 
established on principles of 
environmental stewardship and 
sustainability, beautiful and functional 
design in alignment with the 
surrounding Nature, all are places to 
draw on for creative inspiration, and 
also to find Spiritual connection and 
peace. 
Within the full spectrum of wonderful 
and unique aspects that each of our 
YTT properties avails, we truly offer 
something for everyone.
VERONA, ITALY
The charm and deep-rooted history of Verona led us to explore this magical region to host our 
October Yoga Teacher Training. Verona is a medieval city built between the majestic Adige River 
in the Veneto region of northern Italy. It’s famous for being the setting of Shakespeare’s “Romeo 
and Juliet.” This magical old town is home to the Verona Arena, a huge 1st-century Roman 
amphitheater, which currently hosts concerts and large-scale opera performances regularly.
We have chosen a 
magical farmhouse 
contoured by a 
hundred Holm oaks 
and a rose garden as 
the setting for our 
spring Yoga Teacher 
Training in Tuscany. 
It’s elegant charm 
and serene 
atmosphere is the 
perfect setting for 
learning and 
transformation. This 
charming farmhouse 
is 20 minutes outside 
of Cortona, the 
location where 
“Under The Tuscan 
Sun” took place. It is
