Leila Hale graduated from the 
University of Idaho College of 
Law, and in 2014 she established 
Hale Injury Law. She is licensed to 
practice law in multiple states, 
and she is proud of the level of 
equality she’s earned as a 
minority female in the legal 
sector. Ms. Hale is physically 
active and enjoys running. Family 
time is her go-to downtime, and 
she enjoys taking trips with her 
children and grandchildren.
Leila Hale is a member of the National Charity League as well as 
the National Honor Society. She founded Hale Injury Law in 2014, 
where she focuses on the highest settlements possible for her 
clients. Ms. Hale was once a technical writer, and her use of 
structure and efficiency carries over into her law practice.
