Personality development and self-
confidence building workshop
Introduction
Early this morning, teachers at Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar, attended a
development Workshop on personality development.
The workshop was put on by Life & More's 6to16 education division in collaboration with HT
Pace. Upasana Kaura, the workshop's resource person, opened the session with a brief
introduction to the value of having a positive outlook on life and how to improve one's
perspective.
Outlook of Personality Development
In the Personality development Workshop, Upasana Kaura teaches us how to interact with
others and present ourselves as compassionate. Along with soft skills, it also strongly
emphasizes personal management, grooming, diet, and health. Students learn about the various
facets of self-growth in this course.
Meeting started
An ice-breaker exercise kicked off the session. The Jump In - Jump Out and Jump Right - Jump Left
are the school's teacher's well-received routines. Kaura emphasized that having an upbeat personality
is something that everyone seeks out and requires to live a happy and fulfilling life. Teachers recounted
their own life stories, which helped to shape the people they are now by forming their personalities.
Essential learning from the session
While success can be attributed to an individual or a group, happiness is typically a personal trait. The
pursuit of happiness is a common objective. Most individuals also have a great desire to succeed in life,
and they frequently think that by following, they will instantly become happier. Making happiness a
byproduct of our lives rather than the result was the session's main lesson.
Conclude
You keep running in life like you would in a race. You try to move as quickly as possible, but this race is
different because you are racing against time. Some people have a lot of time left, while others may
only have a few minutes. The goal is to move as quickly as you can before your time runs out. Avoid
letting hostility, resentment, ego, or greed get in the way of your goals or lead you to pursue an
unattainable ideal never intended for you. The most crucial advice for personality development is to be
confident in who you are and what you do. My Race is Mine, a video presentation that brought the
session to a close, was well-liked by all attendees.
