Follow the given steps to complete the Linksys RE9000 Setup 
● Connect the Linksys RE9000 extender to an electrical outlet to set it up.
● Watch for the orange light on the AC3000 to start blinking.
● Join the Linksys RE9000 Extender Setup network with your wireless device.
● Enter extender.linksys.com in the address bar of your web browser now.
● You are currently on the AC3000 installation page.
● Click "Start Setup" to begin connecting your booster to the primary router.
