Imarech contains Imatinib mesylate 
400mg as an active ingredient and

type of blood cancer known as CML 
(chronic myeloid leukemia) ALL 
(Acute lymphocytic leukemia) and 
gastrointestinal stromal tumor. 
Imarech tablet inhibits the 
proliferation and induces apoptosis 
(planned cell death) in BCR-ABL 
positive cells (cancer cells).
