You need to pay to the USA consulate to renew your visa.
As of today you need to pay the amount of 160$ per person.
If you have more appliations for renewal then you need to multiples of 160%$

Once USA Visa Renewal Fees is paid to the Embassy, then the visa fees is not 
refundable.
But you can use that payment receipt for 1 year.
