Support
The annual report of the chief medical officer for the UK identified the 
widening gap between men and women in terms of health and 
wellbeing. It called for a life-course approach to health care and 
prevention, including the implementation of evidence-based workplace 
Women's policies. The report also highlighted the need for more research into women's health UK. It also called for improvements in workplace culture

The government will publish a definition of trauma-informed practice 
and encourage the adoption of this approach in health care settings. This 
approach will help to identify the barriers that prevent women from 
accessing services for traumatic experiences and abuse. Another focus of
