1 Open Setings > Click on

1 Locate your antivirus icon
in the Taskbar.

again.

1 Press Windows Key + R >
Type %programdata% >
Press Enter
2 In the folder that opens,
Search Microsoft Help,
and rename it to Microsoft
Help.old.
3 Restart your PC.

1 Download the official

Tool, and follow on
screen insruction for
Office removal.
2 To remove all traces of
MS Office, Press Win +
R keys, type Regedit
>Press Enter.
3 Inside the Registry Editor, navigate to the following
key and delete it if it exists:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windo
wsNT\CurrentVersion\Schedule\TaskCache\Tree\Micr
osoft\Office
Retry installing Microsoft Office like you normally
would.
