HP Printers now a day comes with built-in option of Wi-Fi
connectivity which made the printer much more user
friendly.
All you need is to follow these
steps which will help you to
connect your HP printer to your
Wi-Fi network. Once done and
your printer is connected to the
network now you can print from
any pc which is connected to the
network and forget the hassle of
connecting the cables.
1. Connect your printer to a power source and Turn on your Wireless printer.
You can use the touchscreen display in your wireless printer to connect it to
your wireless network.
When the printer is turned on you will see a right arrow key on your printer’s
touchscreen display. Press the right arrow key and press setup.
2. Menu screen will open; you need to Select Network from the list of
option you see.
3. Under Network menu select Wireless Setup Wizard from the list, once
selected it will automatically search for the available wireless routers
around.
4. When the process is complete it will show the list of wireless network
available, you need to select your Network (SSID) from the list.
You need to enter the WEP/WPA Passphrase for the network and
press Done
5. Check and Press OK to confirm the settings.
6. Press OK to print wireless report or just press Skip and print report later.
Once you are done with the above
steps, your wireless printer has now
been connected to the Wi-Fi network
and now all the wireless and wired
computers on the network will be able
to see and browse the printer. Now
you can print from the printer as per
your requirement from any of the
computer connected to the same
network.
