Using white ti les on the walls and all  the way 
to the ceil ing can really make your bathroom 
appear larger
I recommend taking a look at vanities and taps 
in a bathroom store so you can properly 
determine if the taps you are choosing are the 
appropriate size for the bowl.

Some important legal 
information:
Always ensure the person performing the 
waterproofi ng provides you with a Certifi cate of 
Compliance as required by Building Regulations. Any 
work $10,000 or over also requires it to be done by a 
Registered Builder and for you and the Builder to sign 
a Major Domestic Building Contract. Any work $16,000 
or over also requires the Builder to take out warranty 
Insurance for your protection. Any electrical and 
plumbing work should also be accompanied by 
Certifi cates of Compliance. Bathrooms are reasonably 
expensive renovations so it’s important it is done once 
and done properly.
