Meet the MMMA Requirements
Check to see if your medical conditions are covered by the Michigan Medical Marijuana 
Act. To qualify, all patients must be at least 18 years old.

Make a Doctor's Appointment
Make an appointment with one of our physicians to get their opinion and have them 
write a certification letter for you.

Complete the MMMP Form
To be fully approved for medical marijuana use, go through the entire MMMP application 
process during your appointment.
