1. MONGRA
This variety has only thick long Stigmas (Red Filaments) & No other part
of Saffron flower and it's obtained by separating stigmas from the yellow
style.
Kashmiri Mongra Saffron is essentially without the waste of White end
strand. This is picked or cut by highly trained Labours to give the final
cut of kashmir Mongra Saffron, it has high aromatic nature & Flavouring
qualities, It holds a Great place in Kitchen in both forms E.g Saffron
Powder & Petal form.

2. LACHHA
In the variety 3 Stigmas are attached to the style very much
in the same way as in iran the accept the effective yield of
Stigmas in this variety is about 75% , It also contains floral
Waste.
