What is a Breast Cancer
1.Breast cancer is cancer that forms in the cells of the breasts.
2.After skin cancer, breast cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in women 
in most of the countries. 
3.Breast cancer can occur in both men and women, but it’s far more    common in 
women.
 4.It occurs when the cells of the breast grows out of control.
5.Types of Breast Cancer:     
                        Invasive ductal carcinoma
                        Invasive lobular carcinoma
Symptoms of Breast Cancer
     Breast cancer may not cause any symptoms in its initial stages
     The symptoms are 
                             1.New  breast lump
                             2.Pitted, red skin over your breast
                             3.Swelling in your breast
                             4.Bloody discharge from your nipple
                             5.Scaling, peeling, or flaking of skin on your breast,
                             6.An sudden change in the size/ shape of your breast,
                             7.Inversion of nipple
                             8.Swelling or a lump under your arm
  
Breast Cancer Awareness
Breast should be frequently monitored using the below steps
1.In the shower,inspect your breast using your fingers by giving a firm and gentle 
pressure to check whether any discharge of lymps present.
2.In the mirror check your breast before standing in front of the mirror and check any 
swelling,dimpling is present.
 3.Make sure you are lying down and place some pillows under the head,shoulder and 
arm make yourself flat level and check if there is any lump or blood discharge by giving a 
gentle pressure on the breast.
