03 STEP3: RESET YOUR WI-FI CONNECTION
Go to settings in your printer.Select the “Network” option.Click on the “Reset network 
settings” option.Press 1 to give your consent to “Reset the network.”Your printer initiates 
to reset network settings.the printer will reboot automatically.Try to connect the printer to 
the Wi-fi again
