• Dubai Schools Mirdif will offer an American Curriculum based on New
York State Education Department - NYSED. Aims to empower and inspire
students from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
• Our American education will be guided by Arabic principles and Islamic
values to create future-ready graduates who are driven by pride and
tolerance.
• Dubai Schools Mirdif boasts a tight-knit community that celebrates
diversity and collaboration. Having this supportive community will help

objective of the Dubai Schools Mirdif Project is to create a mutually

ARABIC LEARNING PROGRAMME
• The curriculum framework of the Arabic Language is fully compliant with the UAE
National Curriculum. It is innovative in its approach, inquiry-based and focuses on
relevant, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.
• Learning Arabic as a first language starts at grade 1 and is a compulsory course for Arab
Nationals from Grade 1 to Grade 12. Learning Arabic as a foreign language is mandatory
for students from grade 1 to Grade 9.

Some options for learning Arabic include:
• Enrolling in an Arabic language Programme: Many schools and universities offer Arabic
