Early Learning Centre in our school has been designed to meet the needs of all students, regardless of age or ability. Early Learning Centre ensures that the curriculum it develops embodies these premises. It incorporates the knowledge of development and age-related characteristics, along with the recognition of the interrelated nature of developmental domains where learning in one area naturally influences another. Dubai Schools Mirdif offers a curriculum that is designed to provide a suitable foundation for all students through classes for preschool, elementary, and middle school children.

ABOUT US
• Dubai Schools Mirdif will offer an American Curriculum based on New York
State Education Department - NYSED. Aims to empower and inspire
students from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
• Our American education will be guided by Arabic principles and Islamic
values to create future-ready graduates who are driven by pride and
tolerance.
• Dubai Schools Mirdif boasts a tight-knit community that celebrates diversity
and collaboration. Having this supportive community will help students find
their voice while enhancing their personal and academic skills in order to
build lifelong relationships while contributing positively to the world.
• Dubai Schools Mirdif align with UAE national priorities. The main objective of
the Dubai Schools Mirdif Project is to create a mutually beneficial
partnership between the government and the private sector that ensures
Dubai’s aspiration to have 100% of Emirati Students enrolled in 'Good+'
rated schools by 2021.
EARLY LEARNING CENTRE
• These additional domains of early learning Centre are also provided by the State of
New York and are based on recommendations from the (US) National Association for
the Education of Young Children which are based on these premises:
• All children are capable of learning, achieving, and making developmental progress.
• Children develop at different rates and all children are unique in their own
development, growth, and acquisition of skills
• Appropriate and reasonable accommodations must be provided to empower all
children to succeed.
• Children are active learners. A primary approach to learning is through purposeful
play.
• Children’s learning is integrated and occurs simultaneously across all domains,
which are interrelated and interactive with one another.
• Children learn in the context of interactions and relationships with family members,
caregivers, educators, and other children in their immediate environment and within
their community.
