How semen analysis 
happens ?
Semen analysis Is a test of men sperm and their semen. Semen analysis 
is done for sperm count and men fertility test. Semen analysis shows that 
how many sperm are realised at a time, fertility and infertility of semen, 
shape of sperm, sperm mortality, etc.
Your doctor may take 
more than one sample of 
semen to analysis best 
result of your semen 
health. Sperm count 
may vary in every test. 
Sperm count is not fixed 
in every ejaculation.
Why semen analysis ?
Semen analysis is often 
recommended by doctors 
when the couple are 
getting problem in 
pregnant. The doctor will 
determine that if a men is 
fertile or infertile. The 
Semen will analysis that 
weather the sperm count

fertility :- Semen is 
mainly collection of sperm.

to make sure that semen has no sperm. In a vasectomy, the tubes that 
send sperm from the testicles to the penis are cut and sealed as a 
permanent form of birth control. After vasectomy test your doctor may 
ask you for the sperm test every month.
Sperm nature :- sperm nature include speed of sperm, sperm count, 
shape of sperm and movement of sperm.
How to get best sample of semen :- 
For best semen analysis your doctor will suggest you some point which 
you must follow before semen analysis. To get the best sample:
• Avoid ejaculation for 24 to 72 hours before the test.
• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, smoking and drugs from two to five days 
before the test.
• Avoid having barrier such as condoms, barrier pills etc.. before few 
days.
• Stop taking any herbal medications
• Avoid gym, meditation, excersise for few days.
• Avoid sexual intercourse
• Do want your doctor recommended you.
How semen is collected :- 
Firstly you must prefer best doctor for your semen analysis. There are 
mainly four ways to collected semen sample in which masturbation is 
best way to collect clean and best semen sample. The ways are :-
• Masturbation
• Sex with a condom
• Sex with withdrawal before ejaculation
• Ejaculation by electricity
Test by masturbation is perfect because in other 3 ways you may have 
problem in ejaculation. You doctor will stop you for Semen analysis when 
you are ill, having weakness in body, stressed or have sex before few 
days.
Things which affect semen 
analysis :-
• Alcohol
• Smoking
• Consuming drugs
• Drug or pills used by you to reduce sperm count
• Tobacco
• Other high mg pills or barrier tablets you use to not 
have baby
