Sexually transmitted infections also called sexually transmitted diseases 
are the diseases that are generally required by the sexual contact, this is 
generally caused by bacteria viruses are parasites that are are the

• Using water based lubricant during sexual intercourse
• Going for regular sexual health checkups to the doctor
• There should be proper information of any sexually transmitted infection 
to you and your partner
• Keep proper hygiene after intercourse
• Get tested for HIV
• Get yourself tested for stds regularly
• Avoids sharing used razors, towels, undergarments
