Founder and the Master Builder. We begin the 
process by asking you to share your vision for 
the ideal luxury home. This is when you share 
with us ideas you may have, perhaps from an 
inspiration board or examples from social 
media. We will in turn share our models and 
even do walk-throughs of some of our current

send you a feature sheet with the specifications 
about your home. This budget will be the cost to 
build your home with every detail from 
landscaping to flooring, appliance allowances to 
foundation. Once we have agreed on the 
budget, amenities, specifications, and 
allowances, you will provide the Deposit, we will 
prepare a Building Agreement and move 
forward to prepare a full set of engineered 
construction drawings that will be ready to 
permit.
