Amjad Aly, who claims to be an architect who studied at Berkeley California. Berkeley has no 
record of any Amjad Assad or Amjady Aly Assad or Amjad Aly having ever studied architecture or 
indeed any course ever at Berkeley.
Mr Amjad Aly has gaslighted his way into several organisation in India by claiming to be an 
Emirati and the son of a Billionaire. The truth is he is of Pakistani origin, spent his childhood in 
Tamil Nadu, followed by his education at Syndenham College in India. After several years of 
operating his Con from Hong Kong, he moved to the UK due to marriage. He is a British national 
who resides in Luton for the most part. So much for being the son of a Billionaire! Amjad Aly is 
also a member of the Forum of Indian Professionals Hong Kong FIPHK. Being a member of 
FIPHK lends credibility to his cons, however membership is open to anyone of South Asian origin 
and just requires a small donation.
Amjad Aly often directly claims or insinuates to have been mentored by architect Lord Norman 
Foster. He makes this wild claim knowing that most individuals do not have the ability to confirm 
any of the facts with Norman Foster. Foster + Partners stated clearly that Amjad Aly aka Amjad 
Assad has never even worked for Foster + Partners let alone been mentored by Lord Norman Foster.
He claims to be associated with Talati Panthaky Associates in Mumbai and to have designed the 
entire Palais Royale Towers. The actual architects of the building were perplexed when asked about 
the involvement of any Amjad Aly aka Amjad Aly Assad. 
In truth, Amjad Aly is a freelance flim flam man that has CONNED several companies by 
pretending to have an elite education. 
In addition Amjad Aly has ties to extremist Islamic groups, regularly attends sessions at an 
Extremist Islamist assocation in Luton that trains people on brainwashing and conversion tactics. 
Amjad Aly’s tactics involve gaslighting, humiliation and emotional manipulation. People in 
Mumbai and India in general should beware and steer clear of this conman. He often states his name
as AJ when he is trying to avoid revealing his true name, identity and intentions.
