b e c o m i n g  m o r e  popular  to  the  east, wh i l e  areas i n  M u m b a i   
proper  s uc h  as Wor l i  & Lower  Parel a nd  further south,   
N a r i m a n  Point,  Fort & Churchgate,  r e m a i n  vital important   
c o m m e r c i a l  localities. O n  the  f l ip side, there  has b e e n   
s ignif icant  growth i n  Andher i  East and  e v e n  i n  the  western  
suburbs.  A n d  w h e r e  is BKC geographical ly  situated? Right  i n  the  
 m i d d l e  o f  it all! N o t  to  m e n t i o n  the  u p c o m i n g  m e t r o  wil l  have   
access  to  BKC a nd  it’s very  c lose  to  Mumbai’s  airports.
