One of the stated goals of the MahaRERA Act is to protect buyers’ interests and promote transparency amongst various stakeholders to ensure the same. To accomplish this goal, Section 11 of the MahaRERA Act, states the duties of a promoter and establishes the fact that the Promoter’s role does not end with MahaRERA Registration.
