Introduction
This program is for you if you're seeking an ICF-approved course, an 
ICF-approved certification, or an ICF-accredited coach training 
program in India. Global guru and NLP Coaching Academy 
founder Vikram Dhar will teach you how to coach successfully and 
provide you with insights into the coaching industry. You will learn 
behavioral coaching strategies, including emotional intelligence, 
NLP, neuro-semantics, cognitive science, and neuroscience, from 
the only ICF MCC (ICF Mentor Coach and Trainer) who is certified in 
these fields. We provide both ICF ACC and ICF PCC levels (ICF ACTP).
Program 
Overview
India’s only ICF-ACTSH (leading to ICF ACC level), Coaching Essentials (meta coaching), and 
the American Board of NLP Approved (NLP Practitioner) Training Program offer ICF Approved 
75 Coach Specific Training Hours (ACTSH) toward ICF Certified Coach (ACC level). You have 
the option to do it in a classroom-based format or as an online ICF Certification program. 
The workshop is designed to enable participants to experience and practice the skills of 
coaching in their professional careers as well as for their own growth, development, and 
personal achievement. The Leadership Coach Program in India is a coaching-
focused program, and all discussions, references, and exercises will be tailored to learning 
coaching using NLP.
Course 
Format
You will obtain a Certificate of Training after completing this course 
attesting to your successful completion of 60 hours of ICF Approved 
Coach Specific Training Hours (ACTSH) towards certification as a 
Certified Professional Leadership Coach Program in India, 
which leads to the ICF ACC level. You will receive a letter confirming 
your successful completion of Combo III as well as a certificate of 
certification as a professional leadership and executive coach. In 
order to receive the ICF ACC from the ICF, combination III also 
contains 10 hours of required mentor mentoring. You can continue 
your studies for ICF PCC for an additional 65 hours through our 
program, "Emotional Intelligence Coach Practitioner | Neuroscience 
& Coaching Lab," which is recognized by ICF ACTP (125 hours).

The Leadership Coach Program in India is delivered by Global Guru Vikram Dhar, who is 
rated as the best NLP trainer in India and has mentored and trained coaches from 45+ countries 
in Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America. He is known to provide value during the NLP training

in India. Vikram comes with a solid educational and corporate background. He has an engineering 
degree from the National Institute of Technology (NIT-Hamirpur), one of the top engineering
