INTRODUCTION
Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) conducts the Group-III Exam to 
select individuals for multiple positions, including Junior Inspector and 
Storekeeper, across various departments.
I. Steps/Stages in the Selection Process:
Written exam:
1. Paper-I (General Tamil/General English) (60/150) mark in Group-III.
Note: This paper is compulsory and the candidate has to obtain 60 marks out of 
150. Valuers will assess the answer sheets of candidates who pass this paper 
alone and will be validated for paper II.
2. Paper-II (general Studies and Mental Ability Test) (60/150) marks.

• SSLC/HSC Certificate (Date of Birth Verification),
• Priority Selection for Tamil Medium (PSTM) Certificate 
(who have studied in Tamil Medium),
• Disability Certificate(For PH candidates),
• No Objection Certificate,
• Additional Supporting Documents for Reservation,
• Educational Certificates (as specified in the application).
• Community Certificate,
• Typewriting/Shorthand Certificate.
