BRIEF ITINERARY

 Assam (also known as Ahom) is the biggest 
and most accessible of North Eastern India. 
A hospitable population, a cuisine with its 
own distinctive aromas and flavors, a 
vibrant artistic heritage marked by exotic 
dance forms, and a string of elegant Hindu 
temples top its list of innumerable 
attractions. The archetypal Assamese 
landscape is a picturesque golden-green 
vista of rice fields and manicured tea 
estates and gentle hills kissing the horizon.


DAY 1: Arrival at Guwahati, 
reception and transfer to Tea Estate

 Arrival at Guwahati airport and after pick up 
transfer to Sapoi Tea Estate.

 About the Estate: The Tea Garden Bungalows are 
one of a kind. They are located in between the 
plantations and gives one a true sense of being 
connected with nature. See how one of the 
world’s best-known beverages is grown and 
processed, along with being part of the family 
legacy.

 Spread over acres of land right in the middle of a 
tea estate, the stay is a wonderful feeling not to 
be missed. An estate passed down the family’s 
five generations is now over a hundred years 
old, gives the stay a warm and comfortable feel.


DAY 2: Sapoi Tea Estate

 Spend the day exploring the plantation, 
visiting the tea making factory and 
seeing an old railway coach and a lot 
more!


DAY 3: Drive to Kaziranga 
National Park

 The famed one-horned rhinoceros, one of 
India’s best-known 
Kaziranga National Park Assam tourism 
wildlife mascots, calls the expansive 
grasslands of the Kaziranga National Park 
home. The park consists of western, 
central and eastern ranges, with the 
central range doubling as the venue for 
early-morning elephant safaris.

 Come, settle into a cost homestay on the 
fringes of the National Park, enjoy a 
traditional ten-course Assamese meal 
and live amidst nature and greenery!


DAY 4: Elephant and Jeep-Safari

 Start your day early with a safari into the 
jungle on elephant back. Spot the famous 
one-horned rhinoceros, tigers and a 
plethora of wildlife amidst the tall grasses 
of this famous national park.

 Follow up with a Jeep safari post lunch 
that ends at sunset.


DAY 5: Departure

 Drive from your cosy homestay in the jungles back to Guwahati and return home with 
memories to last you a lifetime!
