Safety rep course is mandatory and really important to take by each and every 

staff to Gain the confidence, knowledge, and skills to represent your 

profession and carry out the responsibilities of a selected Safety and Health 

Representative (SHR) in the workplace. 

 

Safety and Health Representatives in every workplace play a main and 

important role in the promotion of safe work practices in a worksite. Training 

in safety rep helps staff and workers to understand deeply and exercise 

powers effectively. A well trained and properly motivated safety 

representative will make a real contribution to an organization's safety 

culture and environment.  

 

There are many institutions which provide safety rep courses. Safety Reps 

will help the participant to promote and maintain safety and health in the 

workplace. The Safety Representative Course 

describes the roles and duties of a Health and 

Safety Representative. rep duties include employee 

training and teach them how to perform in a 

workplace without any injuries and accidents. All 

employees must understand the proper use of 

equipment and how to report an accident to the 

supervisor. 

 

On a construction site, a safety rep assures that all Occupational Safety and 

Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines are explicitly followed by every 

person working in the site.

without any fault. After successful completion of this course candidates will be

-      Always be familiar with core legislation in the area of safety, health, and 

Welfare 

-      Obtain the basic ability in hazard identification and risk assessment.

Those selected by employers to the role of Safety Representative and those

safety rep course from any institutions to ensure a safe and pleasant working 

environment.
