Optim’s interventional pain management team is dedicated 
to finding relief for pain so you can get back to the activities 
you love. Our team of specialists are equipped to provide 
exceptional care and minimally invasive treatments for 
individuals who are suffering neck, back or joint pain.
Our pain management team is comprised of doctors trained in 
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. They are specialists in 
evaluating and treating pain that stems from the 
musculoskeletal system. They offer a comprehensive approach 
to diagnosing and treating both chronic pain and acute pain 
and are able to design an individualized treatment program to 
reduce pain and restore your quality of life!
 
They diagnose and treat patients with sudden or acute injuries 
that cause pain, as well as patients who are suffering from 
chronic or long-lasting pain, which often stems from 
degenerative conditions such as arthritis in the back or neck. 
They are specialists in image-guided injections, 
electrostimulation and nerve blocks. While some injections may 
provide pain relief, others may be done to help diagnose the 
source of your pain. Either way, they effectively address nerve, 
muscle and disk pain with image-guided injections, which 
allows the doctor to place medication into a specific area in a 
very precise manner.
Some of the common pain relieving techniques used by these 
specialists include, injecting a steroid to reduce inflammation, 
targeting nerve pain by blocking the pain signals to the brain 
and delivering numbing agents to provide short-term and long-
term pain management that can effectively restore the quality
