Steps to Create Workflow in Dynamics 365
Step 1: First of all start to log in to your Dynamics 365 account.
Step 2: Go to the Settings →processes then Click New to create a workflow.
Step 3: Fill the details like enter process Name, select Category(Workflow) and choose 
the Entity.
Step 4: Now select Run as Background or Real-Time workflow.
Step 5: Then click OK to open the workflow des igner.
Step 6: Define workflow triggers on record creation, update, delete, or status change. 
Optionally, allow on-demand execution.
Step 7: Add workflow steps/actions such as create/update records, send emails, assign 
records, call child workflows, etc.
Step 8: Add conditions to control when actions should run.
Step 9: Finally click the save and click activate and run by automatic trigger.
Step 10: Now activate the workflow for it to run automatically.
