There is a Pilot to more effectively measure what we do 
looking at, such as:
• Impact on customer well-being – STAR survey (before and 
after adaptations)
• Care-package reviews (post adaptation)
•  Savings we are making from speedier, direct interventions – 
whole system savings e.g. hospital delays, reduce need for 
step-down accommodation
