These Steps to Organize Outlook

1. First Open Outlook Account, Select the File menu and click Tools, then
choose Options. Click the "E-mail Option" button on the priority tab. In
Options, click the "Advanced E-mail Options" button. In the Options
window, De-select all options

Task Pad
