Overall Syllabus Of Company Secretary Course Foundation Programme Syllabus The exam is informally called the CS Foundation exam. ICSI is the governing body. The exam runs for two days. Students must write two essays in the first day, and the remaining on the following day. The test is conducted two times a year. First In June and the second in December. The test is computer-based. All questions are MCQ that are based on. The marking is not negative. There are four different papers on the test. Each paper will last 90 minutes. The table below gives the structure of each paper.
