5. Do not activate Proxy Server Option

due to the proxy server option in the setting. If 
you are not using a proxy connection, kindly 
check that you could not use the proxy server 
option is chosen.
You can do as follows.
• Click the setting button at the bottom left of the antivirus window to open 
Settings. 
• Click the Additional button on the Settings window. 
• Open networking options.
• Then Click Proxy server settings to open that window where proxy server 
option is available.
• After that press, the button, do not use a proxy server from options.
