 between each word)  and hit Enter from the keyboard.
Step 5: Once it says The Print Spooler service was stopped successfully type 
 net start spooler and hit Enter from the keyboard
Step 6: You’ll receive a message The Print Spooler service was started 
 successfully. Close the cmd.
Step 7: Restart the computer and Brother printer and then try printing a test 
 page.
Move forward to solution 3 if your Brother Printer error state is not going.
Solution 3
CLEAR PRINT SPOOLER FILES AND RESTART IT.
Clear Print Spooler Files: –
Step 1: Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Printers folder and delete all the files from inside it.
Step 2: If you are not able to navigate to the folder try opening the run box by pressing the Windows key +  r from 
the  keyboard and then past the path C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Printers  Click on Ok.
Step 3: Click on Continue and Delete all the Files.
Step 4: Close the folder and again try to navigate to this folder 
C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Drivers\W32X86  delete all the files from this folder and close it.
Restart Print Spooler Service: –
Step 1: Type services inside the Windows 10 search box and click on Services or open the run box (Windows Key +  
r )   and type services.msc
Step 2: Find Print Spooler service and Right click on it.
Step 3: Click on Restart and wait for the process to complete.
Step 4: Next restart the computer and Brother printer to check if the problem got 
fixed.  Try solution 4 if you are still getting that error state message on your Brother 
Printer.

computer  and then follow the steps below.
Step 1: On the Windows 10 search box type device manager 
or  open run box and type devmgmt.msc and hit Ok.
Step 2: Click on Device Manager.
Step 3: Click on view on the top and Click Show hidden devices  
Step 4: Find Ports (COM & LPT) and Click on it to expand the list. 
 Step 5: Right Click on ECP Printer Port (LPT1) and Click
