Construction site safety equipment Construction workers engage in many activities that may expose them to serious hazards, such as falling from rooftops, unguarded machinery, etc. Hard hats Hard hats are required to be worn by all workers on a construction site. They protect the head from falling objects and debris. Safety Glasses Safety Glasses or goggles must be worn at all times to the eyes from flying debris and dust. Hearing Protection Hearing Protection also necessary to protect the ears from loud noises. Safety gloves Safety gloves should be worn when handling hazardous materials or working with power tools. Safety boots Safety boots are necessary to protect the feet from being stepped on or crushed. Reflective clothing Reflective clothing is worn to make workers more visible to other workers and vehicles.
