ABOUT US
    I grew up catholic, attending church every Sunday 
along with 12 years of polyester ties in the catholic 
school system. Other than the standard prayers I was 
forced to recite, I never gave much thought to prayer. 
That was until a few years before starting this site. I 
really needed a change in my life, so I decided to pray 
for it daily. Through the power of prayer, my intention 
was granted. It made me a believer that, with pray, all 
things are possible.
IMPORTANCE OF PRAYER IN LIFE
   Prayers is one of the most beautiful and 
uncomplicated ways to communicate with god. 
Prayer gives tranquillity and accordance to mind. 
We can connect to god and feel his presence. 
There are intricate theories about prayers however 
prayer is not complex or difficult. It is the purest 
and deepest way to connect and communicate with 
Jesus.
PRAYER BRINGS US NEAR TO GOD
   We always like to spend time with the people 
we love like family, partner, children and our 
friends. But do we spend time with the one 
who actually loves us, the one who always 
protects and nurtures us? The one who gave 
us the biggest opportunity called ‘life’, we 
don’t actually spend time with God. Prayers 
are the most constructive way to spend time 
with god. 
PRAYER CHANGES OUR LIFE
     As we take care of our physical health and body 
by maintaining a balanced diet eating healthy 
food and exercise. Prayer works as the food and 
exercise of our mental health and soul. It is 
necessary to keep our soul happy and attain 
mental peace. Prayer changes the way we think 
and the way we react towards the situations that 
journey of life throws at us. Prayer gives us 
strength to deal with complexities of life.
CONCLUSION
   Prayers give strength and peace to our soul 
and it is therefore important to pray to god 
and remember him daily. Jesus' prayer is of 
incomparable importance in life. Prayer is the 
ritual to bring blessings and tranquillity in 
life.
