Canon MAXIFY MegaTank GX6020 Setup – This is a wireless all-in-one printer. This is an automatic two-sided printing. The 
printer uses an integrated ink tank system which has made it very easy to refill the ink tank. This article focuses on setting up 
the Canon MAXIFY MegaTank GX6020 Printer.
What’s in the Box
Ink bottles (black, yellow, cyan, and magenta), power cord, telephone cable, critical and safety information guide, and 
starting manual.
  
    Unpacking the Canon MAXIFY MegaTank GX6020 Printer
• Take the Canon MAXIFY MegaTank GX6020 Printer and Other Materials Out of the Box.
• Now remove the orange protective strips from the printer.
• Open the scanning unit and remove all orange protective tape.
• Now turn off the scanning unit.
• Connect the plug end of the printer power cord to an electrical outlet; Plug the other end of the power cord into the back 
of the printer.
  
      Steps to Refill the Ink tank
• Open the scanning unit.
• Go to the left side of the printer, open the black ink tank cover and open the tank cap.
• Gently twist and remove the black bottle cap.
• Align the nozzle of the bottle with the inlet and lift the ink bottle upside down.
• Press to pour ink into the ink tank.
• If the ink is at maximum level, remove the ink bottle from the inlet.
• Replace the ink tank cap and close the ink tank cover.
• Now, on the right side of the printer, repeat the same process to refill the other colored ink tanks.
• Turn off the scanning unit.
  
      Paper Loading Steps
• Remove the cassette from the printer.
• Slide the paper guides out onto the sides of the cassette.
• Align the front paper guide with the A4 or LTR mark.
• Load the pile of paper and slide the paper guide to hold the pile of paper.
• Now insert the cassette into the printer.
• Finally, remove the paper output tray from the printer.
• Now download the driver from the official website and install it on your computer.
• You can also connect your printer to your smartphone via Wi-Fi Direct, which doesn’t require a wireless router.
• You have now completed the setup of the Canon MAXIFY GX6020.
