downloaded until it is accepted by the bank.

missing transaction that was deleted earlier. Quicken won’t re-
download deleted transactions, so you’ll have to re-enter them
manually.
How to Fix Quicken Bank Transactions Won’t Download
Step 1: Make sure you have the latest version of Quicken
• First, open Quicken, then go to Help and click Check for Updates.
• If your Quicken is not up to date, you will receive a notification
asking you to install the current version.
• Click Yes to start the installation.
Step 2: Update your account details
• First, go to the account bar and click on the account facing this error.
• Now click on Update Now (Ctrl + Alt + U) on the top right icon.
• Next, enter your bank password and click on Update Now.
Step 3: Quicken File Validate and Repair
• Go to File, then choose File Operations, then Validate and
Repair.
• Check the Validate file box and then click OK.
• After that, Quicken will start validating your file.
• Once the process is complete, you will get a DATA_LOG

Step 4: Deactivate and reactivate your account
Follow the steps below to deactivate the account:
• First, go to Tools and then to the Accounts list (Ctrl+A).
• Now click on Edit to expedite downloading the transaction.
• Select the Online Services tab, then Disable and click OK.
To reactivate the account, follow these steps:
• Go to Tools and then to the Accounts list (Ctrl+A).
• Now click on edit for the account you have deactivated.
• Select the Online Services tab, then click Configure Now.
• You will be prompted on a screen where you will need to enter
your bank username and password.
• After that click on Connect.
• Quicken will display your account details, be sure to link your
account instead of adding it.
• Finally, click on Next.
Step 5: Create a New Quicken File
Now you need to create a new Quicken file to make sure your
account is uploaded there. If the download is performed as a new
file, it indicates that the old or main Quicken file has been

• Click OK and save the file with a recognizable name.
• Then enter your Quicken ID and password when prompted.
• Click Sign In, then you’ll get a 6 digit code on your phone to
verify your Quicken account.

Use Mobile and otherwise, select Do Not Use Mobile.
• Click Next and then click Add Account.
• Now select the account type and choose your bank from the list.
• Finally, enter the username and password and click Connect.
