Why does HP smart app not scanning?

Restore the Wireless Connection
Firstly, we must reset the printer’s wireless 
connection because sometimes the printer is not 
connected correctly with the router.
1.Restart the router and then the printer.
2.Open HP Smart App, right-click on the printer, and 
click hide printer.
3.Now add the printer again to HP Smart App.
4.Once the printer is added to the HP Smart app, try 
Scanning.
5.This will fix the Scanning issue in HP Smart App.
• If it doesn’t work for you, go to the next step.
Reset HP Smart App
In this step, we will rest the HP smart app installed on our Windows 
10 or 11 computer.
1.Open Settings on Windows 10 or 11 computer.
2.Go to Settings>Apps>Apps & features.
3.Search for HP Smart.
4.Select HP Smart, right-click, or click on three dots on the right-
hand side.
5.Select the advance option.
6.Now go to the reset column and click Reset.
7.This will rest the HP smart app, and now you can start scanning.
