Specs of the Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus have surfaced on the FCC website. According to the listing, both models will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. They will come with a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The S23 Plus will also feature a telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The base model is expected to come with a 6.1-inch Full HD+ display with a 50MP primary camera. It will also feature a 10MP telephoto camera. The base model is also expected to come with 256GB of internal storage.
