 To apply online candidates are requested to download the application form from the UMU’s website. While 
submitting the form candidates are required to enclose a DD of Rs. 500/- in favor of Usha Martin University, 
Jharkhand.
 A duly filled Application Form must be delivered personally or sent through speed post/ registered post/ or 
any reputed courier.
 Candidates can also take the Application Form from the university campus and its selected branches and 
offices.
